Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Pops
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes We used Purple Corn Flakes from Peace Cereal
- 1 bag white chocolate chips for dipping
Instructions
-
Combine the first four ingredients in a pot over low heat and stir until combined.
-
Add crushed corn flakes to the pot and mix until combined.
-
Remove from heat and spread mixture onto wax paper on counter.
-
Using a small cookie cutter, cut the mixture into shapes. This will ensure that your pops are all the same size.
-
Roll each piece into a ball. They will seem a bit crumbly at first but continue to roll them until they are solid.
-
Heat white chocolate chips and dip each ball into the white chocolate.
-
Place stick into each pop.
-
For decoration you can top the pops with leftover corn flakes, sprinkles or any of your favorite toppings.
-
Refrigerate to set.
